At The Lake Mills Motel, we try to get you into rooms as soon as possible. If you need to be in a room at a certain time and we have the availability, we will get you in ASAP. Our rooms are nothing similar to what you would see at a normal motel—many of these rooms are decorated with WILDLIFE themes that are very tasteful to the eye. Customers even choose our little motel over some of the luxurious motels around. Our guests always come back, and some even make reservations a year in advance! We’re conveniently located 9 miles west of Interstate 35 and are on the highway 69, so stop by and see us. Our prices start as low as *$50.00 a night and higher for larger rooms. *We do offer special contractor rates so call us and ask about what we can do for your company! |

This is a very nice, clean, small town motel. It's been
remodled within the last year. The owners are very friendly people
and the cost is very reasonable. They are located right north or
main street. So it's easy to get to. Works out wonderful for out of
town guests. |

Beautiful Rooms | We have 10 newly beautifully remodeled units available, The Lake Mills Motel is a one story building with easy access to every room. We offer three deluxe decorated rooms with two very comfortable beds, a small refrigerator, a microwave, cable TV, wireless, high-speed Internet, a coffee pot, and a table and chairs. We also offer CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST. Check in time is at 3:00 p.m. with exceptions, and check out time is 11:00 a.m. For reservations, contact us. We allowed pets any kind, with a deposit of $35, fully refundable at check out...Garanteed. |
Extra Entertainment | Our motel is in close proximity to restaurants, recreational activities, and other necessities. There are two major, family-style restaurants nearby, including a brand new Subway™ deli and a Don's Motor Mart gas station with restaurant, that is open until 1:30 a.m, nereby. We are also approximately 15 miles away from The Branding Iron, which is a great restaurant that is well worth the drive. It was rated as one of the top 10 steakhouses in the state of Iowa. Although we don’t have a swimming pool on-site, there is an aquatic community center nearby with a swimming pool, slides, a wading pool, and diving boards for tons of family fun! Newly remodeled, the community center is only 1-year-old. In addition, our motel is only 5 miles away from one of the top, 18-hole golf course in Iowa. |
